Managing Anxiety During COVID-19

In order to better serve the community, Behavioral Health Associates of Broward, Counseling Centers of Goodman JFS (BHAB) is offering a virtual 2-Week Pandemic Support Group to help with the adjustments we have made while living in the world of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

Connections are Central to Well-Being

This virtual group will offer a chance to connect with others — whether you are experiencing isolation, learning to home school, have family members who are essential workers, have been unable to visit with an elderly relative or have had a loved one become ill.

We will explore ways to feel balanced and teach techniques to help with living in the “new normal.”
